Reminder

We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We close at 3pm daily. If you call and leave a message on a day we are open, we do our best to return calls before 3 pm each day. You have to make appointments in advance for maintanence. This is the time of year when I'm actively out maintaining properties, always email or leave a message. Be patient, because a lot of times when I get home after 3pm, I don't reply until next day.
